One of the features that makes our workshops so unique is the opportunity to see the day-to-day inner workings of a successful, sustainable specialty coffee shop & roastery. Students get the chance to observe cafe flow & layout, integrating what they have learned from business presentations and visually incorporating that knowledge of work flow operations through observation. We are proud to operate a multi-retail and roasting facility while running coffee business & barista workshops, walking alongside our attendees with relatable experience & commitment to success.
