Rock Creek Coffee Roasters opened its doors in August 2004 and we owe much of our success to their knowledge and professionalism. Peggy attended their week-long Barista training course just 4 weeks prior to opening the doors. This was a great help in developing consistent, quality drinks from day one.
We are in a downtown business district, right on a corner with tall windows that you can see all the hustle & bustle of the city.
We have roasted on a Diedrich IR12 since November of the same year we opened. Our espresso flows through a La Marzocco Strada. Rock Creek Coffee Roasters now supplies many of the local craft restaurants and a boutique hotel with fresh roasted coffee.
In 2015, we were a Golden Bean North American award recipient, which was a highlight for our business.
Bellissimo Coffee Advisory was a tremendous help in making Rock Creek Coffee Roasters a success at the beginning and the many years since.
