Providence Park

Up to 40,000 other soccer fans from all over may join you to watch one of these games.  Both teams, Timbers and Thorns, play at the stadium March through November. The Portland Thorns, with five national team players, are especially worth a watch.

Some may consider this the most beautiful overlook of the city and it just so happens to be alongside the stunning Pittock Mansion, built in 1914.  Not only can you see five different mountains on a clear day at Pittock, but on a clear night, it makes for excellent star gazing.

International Rose Test Garden

With over 10,000 rose bushes, April through October is the best time of year to wander the flowering paths of the rose garden.  It is free entry and can always promise beautiful photos any time the flowers are in bloom.

Multnomah Falls

A 620ft tall waterfall, that just so happens to be the second tallest waterfall in the United States, after Yosemite falls.  With a beautiful bridge stretching across the feeding river down below, this may be the most picturesque waterfall…in the world! (45 minute drive)

Of course, when you come to Portland you can’t not check out the massive coffee scene that we have here. With a coffee shop on almost every corner, you can try out as many as you’d like…you won’t be disappointed! 

There are also a number of local Portland coffee shops that have their roasters right here in the city. We highly recommend touring these to see where the magic in your cup comes from.
