Phone Screening Questions

  1. Are the hours mentioned acceptable?
  2. Do you have any conflicts with the days and hours of the shifts?
  3. Do you have a reliable way to get to and from work?
  4. Are you available to start on this date?

Sample Interview Questions

  1. Tell me about a difficult situation at work, how you got through it, and what you learned.
  2. What are your three strongest qualities, and three areas you could make improvement in?
  3. Tell me a little about yourself.
  4. How did you hear about this position?
  5. What do you know about our company?
  6. Where do you see yourself in five years?
  7. Why are you leaving your current job?
  8. What are you looking for in a new job?
  9. How would your supervisor and co-workers describe you?
  10. Why was there a gap in your employment?

  19. If you could choose one superhero power, what would it be? Why?
  20. If you could be anywhere in the world right now, where would you be? Why?

  2. Can you confirm the dates, position, and responsibilities of the individual?
  3. Can you describe the individual’s performance?
  4. What are the individual’s strengths and weaknesses?
  5. Why did the candidate leave?
